Our management team spreads across various international disciplines in maritime, financial and administrative fields, giving Integrated Oil and Gas access to a wealth of experience which is utilized to provide international standard shipping manner. The Board of Directors is composed of eminent Nigerians drawn from various professional fields with the executive function being headed by Engr.Tony Ihenacho in the position of Group Managing Director.
Captain Emmanuel Ihenacho – Executive Chairman
Captain E. Iheanacho is an experienced maritime executive and industry veteran of many years professional standing. Capt. Iheanacho, an ex-ship master, is a subject of international shipping and general management and regularly entertains consultation in these fields. He holds respective Masters Degrees in shipping management from the University of Wales and Bradford, England and is also a member Chartered Institute of Transport and the Nautical Institute.
As the Chairman, he has overall responsibilities for the development of the company’s business which include the conception of necessary corporate action’s plans, the management of the human and materials resources of the organization and the direction of collective energies of the organization towards the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives. It is acknowledgement of his performance in, and outstanding contributions to the maritime industry that Captain E. Iheanacho was awarded the National Maritime Merit Award of “BEST MASTER MARINER IN NIGERIA” for the year 1999.
Engr. Tony Ihenacho – Group Managing Director
Engr. Tony Ihenacho, is a Maritime Executive, a versatile and seasoned Mechanical Engineer. Widely experience in the Maritime Sector, he possesses a formal qualification of Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with bias in Maritime Safety, Ship and Port Management. A certified and international Oil Trader, he is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Transport and Administration (IOTA) as well as member Licentiate of Ship Brokers from the institute of Ship Broking and Chartering. Engr. Ihenacho possesses over 18 years cognate work experience in various senior executive positions in the shipping & oil industry and is a founding member of this organization. As an Executive Director (Genesis Worldwide), he is in charge of the operations and administration of the company.
Mr. UCHENNA IHENACHO – Managing Director
Uchenna Ihenacho is a Master’s Graduate with more than 7years’ experience within the Oil and Gas Industry. Uchenna possesses extensive operational expertise as regards the purchase and distribution of refined petroleum products. Uchenna is currently serving as the Managing Director of Integrated Oil and Gas Ltd., one of Nigeria’s prominent indigenous Oil and Gas Companies. Here, he provides management oversight to the day-to-day operations covering all aspects of the refined product supply chain. Assets under Uchenna’s purview include the Head Office in Apapa, the 85m liters storage facility in Ibafon, a 45m liter storage facility in Calabar, Cross Rivers as well as a fleet of retail outlets spanning the East and Central Nigeria.
Throughout his career, Uchenna has also received significant exposure to the maritime and aviation sectors, respectively. He possesses strong knowledge of these sectors having managed a fleet of sea faring marine vessels used for the transportation of white petroleum products. He also played a key role in the establishment of one of Nigeria’s prominent commercial helicopter companies servicing multinational organizations as well as private individuals.
HUMPHREY E. OKOH
Deputy Managing Director
Mr Okoh is a lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He has worked with some of the new generation banks as a Legal Officer, Head, Commercial Banking and Head, Credit Risk Management. Mr. Okoh has also attended various Management Courses including the Senior Management Programme (SMP) in the Lagos Business School.
CHRIS MBATA
General Manager, Engineering
Engr. Chris Mbata studied Marine Engineeringat Moores University in Liverpool England. He also obtained his first-class certificate of competency in Marine Engineering, a professional certificate at South Shields Marine College in Tyneside, England. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He has over twenty years on board and ashore practical and administrative experience.
OBINNA I. EZEONWELU
Depot Manager
Engr. Obinna I. Ezeonwelu is a seasoned Depot management professional with more than 15 years of experience in downstream oil and gas industry leading terminal maintenance, terminal operation management, project and quality management.
He has worked in high-level capacities in oil and gas companies e.g. MRS Oil and Gas ltd and Liquid Bulk Ltd. Along with a Diploma in Computer Engineering, He holds a B.Eng. in Electrical and Electronics and Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
He is a registered engineer with Council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and a member of Nigeria Society of Engineer. He has acquired various certificates and has attended numerous trainings, seminars in this industry.
DAN KIZITO Esq
Legal Adviser/Company Secretary
Kizito holds a Law degree and an MBA from the prestigious Madonna University, Okija, Anambra State and University of Ife, Ife Ife, Osun State.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2008. His professional experience exposed him to various aspects of Law/Legal practice; having worked with the Law Firm of Prof. Abiodun Adesanya & Co. (SAN), (as a Counsel), Goldstream Solicitors, (as a Senior Counsel), Crane & Clarks Legal, (as an Associate/Partner) and Dan Kizito & Co., (as a Consultant). Kizito was later appointed the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Integrated Oil and Gas Limited in 2015 which he holds till date.
He has attended various Workshop/Seminars on Oil and Gas, Maritime, Business Policies, etc. He is a member of various bodies such as the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Nigeria Institute of Management, etc.
HELEN ADOBI AMAJUOYI

Helen Adobi Amajuoyi – Group Head Human Resource and Admin
Helen A. Amajuoyi is a passionate Human Resources professional with over 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas (Down Stream) and Construction Industries She is well grounded as an HR Generalist and has expertisein Talent Sourcing and Retention, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Organization Development, Trainings.
She obtained her first degree in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University. She is equally a Chartered member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN) and Institute of Human Resources &Strategic Management. She has attended several trainings.
Presently, she heads our HR and Admin Department where she operates the HR Business Partner model in providing exceptional HR and Admin support services to the business and working on the change Management initiative (Integrated working System).
VICTOR OTOIDE
AG Chief Financial Controller
Mr Victor Otoide is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 28 years combined working experience in stockbroking, Telecoms and Oil and Gas. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a BSC(Hons) degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance. He is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chatered) AMNIM, and an Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
Mr Victor Otoide joined Integrated Oil and Gas Limited in January, 2008 as Senior Accountant and is currently the Ag CFO and Head of Finance. He is happily married and well-traveled.
